About Dr. Franz

Dr. Wayne Franz received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1979, graduating first in his class. After completing a general practice residency and practicing dentistry in the U.S. Army, Dr. Franz returned to Colorado and has practiced in Louisville since 1987. With over 20 years of experience to offer you, Dr. Franz and his friendly staff of highly trained professionals look forward to providing you the best care possible.

Beyond establishing a dental practice that serves your needs in every way possible, Dr. Franz gives back to those in need. Dr. Franz makes frequent trips to help families around the world who do not have access to regular dental care. Dr. Franz leads a group of dentists on dental missions, setting up a portable practice in a church. Hundreds of children benefit from this generosity on just one trip. Dr Franz is a father who loves time with his family. His own children have accompanied him on past trips and enjoy working by his side. “God has richly blessed my family and myself, and most Americans. It’s a privilege to be in a position to help children, many of which have extensive dental decay and cannot afford basic treatment.”

About the Staff

Dr. Franz and his team enjoy team building activities such as whitewater rafting and gleaning a cabbage field for COMPA Ministries. With the generosity of their clients they were able to provide much needed items for the holidays to the Boulder Women's Safehouse. These activities were not only fun but they promote better teamwork which means that you benefit from a cohesive team striving to provide you the best dental experience possible.
